At Noise Cancel Parenting Lab, our goal is to create practical tools that help parents make calmer, more intentional decisions.

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are generally considered final.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds for:

• Downloaded digital products
• Templates
• Spreadsheets
• Guides
• Worksheets
• Printable resources

Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned.

Exceptions

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us and we'll do our best to help:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase
• You did not receive access to your product
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• You received the wrong product

In these cases, we may provide a replacement file, corrected access, or a refund at our discretion.
